Parcel containing Christmas gifts sent 9/12 still hasn't arrived. No updates, nothing. I asked company where I bought them for a refund. I'm not waiting anymore. I suggest everybody to do the same. These clowns - GLS don't even bother answering emails or calls. Never again.
