I dont usually write reviews, I'll make an exception for GLS. I ordered a birthday present from Swarovski who use GLS as their delivery provider. I've been waiting for my item since 5th December, its been sitting in Dublin since 21st December. It did not arrive before my wifes birthday and it's unlikely to arrive anytime soon (Swarovski customer service confirmed this after emailing GLS). But GLS wont answer my phone calls and refuse to answer my emails / online query forms. Anyway, Swarovski customer service kindly agreed to recall the package from GLS and issue me with a full refund. I ordered the same thing from Amazon prime yesterday, its due to arrive today, no hassle. If you are optimistically waiting for your item, you need to stop... it aint coming. Go seek a refund by asking the seller to recall the item from GLS. GLS are nothing but a bunch of amateurs. I hope the more people that recall items the more companies realise that as a delivery partner GLS are about as useful as a chocolate teapot.
