If I was able to give 0 stars I would. A parcel was delivered to GLS on the 4th of December and it still hasn't arrived. I do understand logistics companies are very busy due to restrictions and the festive season however any other company I've used and ordered even with shorter notice has been able to deliver on time. I have contacted customer service and received outrageously rude treatment without any provocation. I was informed during this phone call that I needed to wait for another scan of my parcel in order to call again to set up to collect my parcel in case they didn't deliver on time. A new scan is done today and the phone line isn't working, so I can't do anything. Needless to say I will try my best to not order anything from any supplier that works with GLS in the future.
