GLS has had my package since 01/12/20, the tracking on their website has updated with the same message 3 times over the last week, so no actual update of movement n package. Seems like GLS think the best way to deal with this is to turn their phone lines off, absolutely shameful. No response to my online enquiry either. They should not be allowed to operate.
