5 bar stools were handed over to GLS on 16th Dec - all at the same time, all part of the same consignment number. One arrived yesterday- the other 4 haven't had an updated status since the handover to them. Phone lines do not appear to be connecting (but I can get their voicemail after business hours 🤔). Two online contact forms completed and no response. I understand these are busy times and drivers are stretched. In fact if none of the stools had arrived, I'd have totally understood (given proximity to Xmas). But for one to arrive within scheduled time and the other four to not even have been updated since handover?? I can't figure that one out. Horrendous service
