I had an issue with a delivery today. I really needed it to be delivered today or else it was no good to me. I rang customer care, I spoke to a lovely lady called Lisa, she couldn't have been more helpful. She tracked my documents, rang the depot to ensure a delivery slot today and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I just wanted to say thank you Lisa, I have never dealt with a nicer customer care agent. GLS you are very lucky to have her.
