Do not waste your time with GLS, easily the worst courier experience I’ve had in Europe. I ordered an item from the Netherlands and GLS advertised an estimated delivery time of 2–3 days. DHL/UPS were quoting 3–5 days for a similar price, and I made the mistake of choosing GLS.People I’ve spoken to who ship regularly (and use DHL/UPS as well) told me to avoid GLS completely, and now I understand why. I was told that their tracking is outdated and provides no real proof of delivery or accurate delivery details (no GPS, no clear confirmation). On top of that, customer support is effectively non-existent: they don’t respond to requests, and they ignore phone calls and emails. Completely unacceptable.Avoid GLS as plague add couple euros to your delivery cost and be confident in service you paying for.
