I was in the back garden with my dog when the delivery driver arrived. He must have knocked on the front door first because he then decided it would be a good idea to THROW my parcel over the back gate, without even checking if I was there! Please bear in mind that my parcel contained a very sensitive piece of electronic musical equipment that is easily damaged, but the driver didn't care about that. Also, when challenged, rather than apologise, he gave me a load of attitude and raised his voice at me - absolutely no customer care whatsoever! In the future, if I'm asked which delivery service I'd like to use, I will be saying "Anything apart from DHL"
