My parcel required a signature. The driver just gave it to the shop downstairs and didn't even ring my doorbell. I had to call customer service to even find out where my parcel was. At one point customer service bot tried to tell me that my tracking number (which I entered correctly) was an Evri parcel. When I finally reached a person she was rude and tried to argue with me about my address. An aboslute shitshow. Will not be trusting anything confidential with DHL ever again.
