Shocking service. Saw the van, went to the door. Saw my parcel being put through the door across the road, even although I was notified that a signature would be needed. Luckily my neighbour goes away on holiday tomorrow for 3 weeks or I would have been without this item which is needed to fix a repair. Not impressed by DHL!! One star was too good for them.
