Feedback on my DHL delivery...1.) It was originally supposed to be delivered on Jan 5th. I got an email saying it had been delayed. I was not told the reason.2.) I was told in an email that it would be delivered on Jan 5th, however the date was Jan 8th. Knowing that time travel has not yet been invented I assumed it meant later that day.3.) It was delivered today but not to my address. It went to Orchard Crescent not Orchard Road. (as the google map image on "track my package" shows.) Fortunately, the address is only 2 minutes round the corner and I have now collected it.4.) I noted that the delivery was supposed to be signed for. I asked the person who took the package - it wasn't.So not the best experience. I think what saved the day was the google map image on "track my package" without this I would not know where the package had been sent. I would have been seriously p*ssed off rather than being a little put out. Hence 2 stars not 1 star.
