I've contacted the support team multiple times without any reply. Despite sending several emails, they haven’t responded, leaving me feeling scammed. If they were legitimate, their support would resolve my tournament rewards. I even mentioned I referred them to their review team, but still no response. This feels like a scam. I have not received my leaderboard reward of 75 USD despite finishing first in the tournament, and it’s been 20 days since it ended. The tournament on this platform seems dubious.
