No respect for customers' time, money or property. Stringing me along saying my package is being delivered and to be at home only to say it wasn't delivered with no explanation. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with online ordering. Their tracking system is archaic and useless and their customer service isn't any better. Huge disappointment all round. I don't understand why any company would use this horrendous carrier.
