Absolutely worst company to deal with. Lost my package for the 2nd time.First package was lost and had to go through claims process that can take up to 12 weeks !!!!!After refunding customer full amount, the package arrived after 2 week at his house.This time package is lost again with no one getting back to me after 4days of constant calls to company, when they picked up i was advised not to say anything to my customer where the package is gone to.Have to go through claims process again which means i have to refund my customer and wait 12 weeks for my refund......worst company to deal with.....avoid avoid avoid
