I've never had a good experience with this company. My parcel, marked for next day delivery, has been sitting in their warehouse for 4 days. This is the norm for them. When the item finally arrives, the box is always damaged. Companies should be made to put on their website that they use GLS. Covid can't be used as an excuse forever!
