The warranty I purchased was covering replacement for shock absorbers.Upon replacement of the shock absorbers this company gave to me only one third of the cost of the repairs,I was expecting a full refund as per policy.This company discussed and agreed with the garage making the repair about the amount they would reimburse for the repair.I sent them an email asking why they take agreements with the garage rather than me because I am the policy holder.They never replied to my email.I did not renew the warranty after it expired.
