Never again will I buy extra warranty with AA Warranty, my car broke down on 02.06.2021, I rung AA warranty and was put on hold 3 times for over 25 minutes and then cut off each time then joining the back of the queue. I then emailed them twice without reply so ended up going back to the garage for them to sort it.Itwas 2 weeks before I got the car back,. I had a bad experience with them once before but was willing to give them another chance but sadly it wasn't to be, for the sum of £900 I would expect better service and to able to make contact with them easier, I will search for an independent warranty company in future.
