Our car was only fixed on the third day of being at the garage because they were waiting for approval from AA to go ahead with the repairs. Over two days we kept having to ring AA to find out what was going on. Phoning and being on hold for some time was very time consuming and we didn’t feel it was up to us to keep calling AA for them to give the garage the go ahead. On the the third day our car was fixed and we were overall happy with the service we received.
