I bought a car back in August 2020 with an AA warranty. In November had an engine light fault so i took it to a Nissan dealer and it turned out to be the Oxygen Sensor and on inspection the Glow Plugs also needed replacing. The claim was dealt with between the Dealer and The WMS group quickly and professionally. The labour rates were higher than the policy allowed but i was very satisfied with the outcome and the repair is under warranty from the Dealer. Last week, 2nd march, I had another engine warning light and again dealt with the main dealer who contacted WMS group and again it was dealt with professionally and quickly with the difference between the labour rate to pay for.
