Very helpful. Purchased a bmw from car giant. Had a faulty boot. Boot would not close faulty latch. New latch needed. Contacted aa warranty they offered me a few garages to bring my car to. They assessed and was approved under the warranty. Job done. Unfortunately had to contact them again due to a water leak. Needed a new auxiliary water pump. Approved . So far i have been fortunate.
