One thing about Warren, is he genuinely cares and will stop at nothing to keep pushing me towards my goal. Since being on the programme I have lost about 14/15kg (my initial goal was 10kg). I love this programme so much, the knowledge, the accountability, the genuine engagement from the coaches and precision.
