I really wouldn't bother with this warranty again, too much hassle. I put a claim in and yes, they agreed the repair when the garage got through to them. I then emailed the invoice, acceptance letter from them and all my details on the Monday and heard nothing. I then spent an hour on the phone the next Monday and eventually was told it had been agreed on the previous Thursday...... here we are the following Wednesday and still no money! I'll be back on hold with them for another hour or so finding out when I'll repaid. I'm sure there are better warranties out there.
