I’m extremely disappointed with my experience on Velobet. After playing fairly and completing all verification steps — including submitting ID documents and even video verification — my account was suddenly closed with no clear explanation.I had two withdrawals pending at the time:£4,000 was processed successfully£1,000 was later rejectedI also had £3,600 remaining in my account. Instead of returning the rejected £1,000 and my remaining balance, Velobet deducted everything and claimed I had breached their terms. They have provided no evidence at all, despite my request for clarification.I have never broken any rules and have asked repeatedly for a proper explanation. So far, nothing has been provided.As it stands, Velobet still owes me £4,600.I have now raised a formal complaint and am prepared to escalate this through the appropriate channels if necessary. Players deserve transparency and fairness, and my experience has been the opposite.If you want to be able to enjoy your winnings then do not use this company. AVOID
