Gls had my parcel for 3 weeks and despite my spending hours on the phone and writing emails, they just returned it to the sender BUT FALSELY logged it as being delivered making getting a refund from the retailer very difficult.Today, after 20 days, I received an emailing responding that the package was delivered. Their chat bot does not work. Impossible to get a response for weeks via email. Every phone call means on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes. One phone agent was very polite and confided in me that any refund on missing parcels is taken from the driver's wages. Who owns this sham? What kind of operation are they really running? They're not serving regular customers anyway so who knows what they're delivering
