Nightmare service. They have misdelivered or lost my parcels twice, each time marking them as delivered and even providing a photo of a parcel as “proof of delivery,” where you can’t even tell where it was delivered and who received it. Customer service is somewhat supportive, but it doesn’t make the situation any better as you’re already forced to spend time and energy figuring things out, giving a number of calls and dealing with a seller on lost orders. Please avoid them.
