The withdrawal took much longer than expected, and every time I contacted support I received the same response about additional checks. It shouldn't be this difficult to receive your winningsupd:They contacted me, explained everything clearly and said it was because it was my first withdrawal. After that, the payment was processed and I received my money. Overall the situation was resolved and I appreciate the explanation, although i wish the process had been clearer from the beginning.
