I'm leaving a negative rating due to an issue with withdrawing funds. I submitted a withdrawal request, but the process dragged on without clear explanations, which created a sense of unpleasant. I expected more transparent communication. UPD: I'm updating my rating because the platform contacted me and the issue was resolved. Support explained that the delay was related to the first withdrawal, which is a normal verification step, and confirmed that this shouldn't happen with future payouts. The withdrawal was processed and the funds arrived without issues. It took some time, but the communication was clear and the problem wasn't ignored, so I'm changing my rating to 4 out of 5.
