My package was damaged by GLS and when I contacted them he customer services they told me I just had to wait until they got back to me. This is not acceptable no time frame was given and furthermore they damaged my package clearly showing no care and attention for my package. This is not my first bad experience with GLS the last time they took 3 weeks to deliver my package and each day they would update the tracking saying it was out fir delivery then saying it could not delivered. What an absolute joke of a company. The problem is GLS have not delivered my package they just updated the tracking saying “there has been an incident so my package could not be delivered!” I had to call your customer service to find out that you had damaged my package and you gave me absolutely no information as to what happen or what resolution will be put in place.
