Very disappointing delivery experience.The courier was rude and uncooperative. Although I was not at home, I provided the access code to the building to facilitate delivery. Despite this, no effort was made to deliver the parcel properly, and no alternative solution was offered.As a result, I never received my book, even though I paid 15€ for delivery. Customer service has also been unresponsive after I filed a complaint.Unacceptable service. I do not recommend GLS.2401098372
