Review Time
HP printer once again refuses to connect with laptop. Looking for help on HP website first gets me on an endless do-loop of choosing passwords and usernames and verifying email address. Then I finally get a response that completely ignores the question that was asked. Stay away from HP if you are not a tech guy who can fix stuff yourself.
Parcel arrived safely today. Many thanks to the member of staff I spoke to on the phone who helped with where to leave the parcel as I'd be out. Gentleman driver was lovely to talk to, very polite and courteous. Many thanks to all the GLS staff.
This is joke !! no it is tragedy to must have anything together with your company !. I hope that I will never again be forced to do anything related to your pseudo company.
