A Frustrating Experience

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The wiring was incorrect, the instructions were ineffective, and it was far from being plug-and-play. The support team was unhelpful — their only response was, “it works for me,” which is absurd given that the product was not functioning as promised. For the price charged, this product should not involve any guesswork. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

A Major Letdown

This has been a major letdown. The wiring was incorrect, the instructions were utterly unhelpful, and it was anything but plug-and-play. The support team was of no use — their best response was, “it works for me,” which is ridiculous when the product clearly fails to perform as advertised. At this price point, there should be no room for guesswork. I wouldn’t suggest this service to anyone.

Caution: Not Worth the Money

Firstly, there were no installation instructions provided, and when I requested help through the preferred chat method, I received nothing. After installation, the unit refused to power down when the truck was off, constantly trying to connect. I had to turn off my phone's Bluetooth. It was impossible to reach anyone by phone; I called twice and received no callback. I finally managed to get through via text chat, but the proposed solutions didn’t work. This unit was defective with too many issues. It only wanted to connect via Wi-Fi, and the support claimed it was Bluetooth only. Before purchasing, I recommend reading the one-star reviews and thoroughly checking the return policy; it’s nearly impossible to get a refund. You won’t realize it’s a faulty unit until it’s installed, and then there are no refunds. UPDATE: Their response is a blatant lie. I have the original receipt with tracking.

Fantastic Service Experience

I bought a unit earlier this year; the video and instructions were straightforward, and I had it up and running in no time. However, I encountered an issue where the unit wouldn’t activate automatically when I started the car. Tech support assisted me, and I realized I had installed the wrong software on the unit. They guided me through that and a few other adjustments, and now the unit works flawlessly. Very pleased with both the product and the service.

Nonexistent Customer Support

Customer support from this service is nonexistent. I have a unit that isn’t working, and a mechanic is charging me to install a faulty unit with no support available for either of us. As a disabled veteran and retired police officer, I’ve never left a negative review until now; steer clear of any products from this service. Don't believe me? Just try calling and see if you can reach anyone in sales or tech support. I assure you, this has been ongoing for over a week with no assistance. Consider foreign alternatives because this service tarnishes the Made in the USA reputation.

The Worst Experience Ever

This has been the worst experience with a company ever. Their customer support is horrendous. I bought a unit a year ago and couldn’t install it, so I hired a highly reputable company with decades of experience. Of course, they provided no installation instructions. My troubles began when I attempted the required download. My car has a manual transmission, but the download menu only showed an automatic option. After a lengthy call with customer service, they told me to download the automatic transmission program. I then left my car with the installer, who reached out to the service for more information. They only asked for an order number and provided no assistance since it was an older unit. After hours of trying, they gave up. They mentioned they had dealt with this service years ago and had the same experience, opting for another company for their interface needs due to poor customer support. They truly are the worst! I should have known better when it took three months to fulfill my initial order!
