I was referred to PM success by a colleague and after my first two sessions with Melissa I felt so much clearer on my next steps. She does a good job with looking at the bigger picture and helping you see your experience in a different light. I was underselling my skills and she outlined everything in my resume more clearly and made it so that my experience sounded more professional and detailed. She also gives you a lot of tips and tricks that help with job searching and interviewing. It’s good working with someone whose an actual project manager. I also like that she texts me back really quickly and works on my questions etc pretty fast. Would definitely recommend working w/ her
