The company gives an order number, but when attempting to track it, it shows as nonexistent. It's been more than a month since I placed my order, and I haven't received any updates. They only mention a processing time of 3-5 days and 5-7 days for shipping. This has ruined a Christmas gift for me. I won't be using their services again.
