Not saying the store is bad, they have plenty good reviews, but my experience was very dissapointing. Placed an order for high demand hat that was in-stock first of Dec, when product didn't arrive I emailed store, got a response with tracking #, which said shipper was waiting on seller. Another 10days go by, tracking # status unchanged, Store said shipping companies were backed up, but assured me it was sent. Contacted seller again 7 days later asking them to open lost package ticket with USPS, it shouldn't take 2 weeks to ship 200 miles away. Got a reply showing a refund was initiated, no explanation, no alternative offer and no apology...poor customer service!
