Disappointing customer service. Got some workwear for Christmas which unfortunately was too small. Tried to return for a refund but company wouldn’t accept as it was outside of the 30 days return period. Technically they are correct but it’s short sighted and poor customer service in my view. Absolutely no reason why they couldn’t have accepted them back and just hiding behind T&Cs. Small businesses should realise that flexibility and goodwill is very important!
