We had 2 Wills notarized with 2 different people. We are pleased with both but one stood out and brought up that it may need to be stamped 2x in our state as in California. We are not familiar and just assumed that your website says accepted in all 50 states that we won't have a problem in probate court when our partner dies. We aren't sure what our state requires but feel better knowing that we did take the time to get witnesses and signed. I mean, these days we can buy a home in another state with esign, we should be ok.
