Delivery information was good, alerts received and delivery date was given for my confirmation.Despite confirming this, on the day of delivery, after taking the day off of work (unpaid), the delivery was not made at the designated time, despite being logged as delivered (and a survey received to my e-mail).After contacting them, I was informed that the driver had accidentally marked the delivery as complete - but the item was still on the van, and he was too far away to come back to deliver on the same day.Arranged for the delivery to come on another day, so I had to take another day off work (again, unpaid) to be in to receive it.Delivery driver spoke very poor English. Noted also that thier web site is full of bad English and grammar.Most dissapointed.
