I must say the communication was very efficient. The delivery day got changed last minute but I was informed and there was constant communication about an alternative date. The only thing I would say was alittle disappointing is the furniture is only delivered to the ground floor. As a result we have a piece of furniture currently at the bottom of our stairs blocking the door which I am not able to get up to the relevant room. I would understand if it was a lot of stairs but this simply isn’t the case. Something to be mindful of when ordering!
