Simply_The_Best are absolutely disgraceful. Unprofessional, terrible communication. Added on extra costs after I payed the i initial quote. Came to collect my shipment & took pictures of my house , didn't knock on the door & swiftly left without collecting. I have doorbell cam footage to prove it. They denied it to the hilt. The men were speaking another language throughout, when they returned 3 days later to finally collect . Took the box off of my fridge freezer , damaged it getting in on the truck. Then refused to take the box. If I didn't live it I wouldn't believe it. No stars out of 5. Never ever again.
