Proovia delivered my item from Yorkshire to Aberdeenshire.I was initially advised of 2 possible delivery days, later firming up on the earlier day with a 3 hour delivery window.I requested the earlier end of the 3 hour delivery window and Proovia were able to do that.Proovia also provided continuous tracking, and emails when 30 mins and then 15 mins away, plus a phone call from the driver.The heavy large item was delivered undamaged and brought into my garage by the driver and his assistant.What’s not to like about service like that?Very happy to give 5 stars.
