Kept sending me delivery slots before they’d even collected the product (I wasn’t aware it wasn’t collected) and so I took a day off work. They did this twice. When I emailed them and said I wanted to submit a complaint, they told me I couldn’t and to complain to the seller. They never answer the phones either.
