I have used this service a few times and found the delivery people to be excellent. However, the customer service is dreadful. My last order started perfectly. Courteous guys, very helpful and friendly. Arrived on time and delivered on time. However, the collection driver admitted he’d broken my television. It was a few months old and purchased for £999. I made a claim and have had nothing but delaying tactics since and an insulting offer of £300 for a virtually new £1000 tv. I paid for a premium service too. I will never use them again.
