I lost two days off work because of this Romanian owned company. Booked collections didn’t happen on two occasions , even after confirmations a couple of hours before the scheduled pick up time. On both occasions I was fed ‘off the shelf ’ reasons and apologies. When the vehicle eventually arrived, on an unscheduled day, I was given five minutes notice. The drivers, only one spoke a little English, were friendly enough, but by then I was well and truly at the end of my tether with this disgraceful organisation.They are so bad they make Evri look exceptionally good! Book at your peril.In response to your reply -I brought this to your attention numerous times whilst waiting for you to turn up. You had every opportunity to make this right, but you chose not to. You were not truthful when responding to my messages regarding failure to collect. This reply is no better than the flannel you gave me several times during the collection period. I just hope others can see this, and decide for themselves whether to trust you…or not.
