Had a delivery of a large kitchen table that weighs 170kg, which the manufacturer said it needs 4 men to carry. The boxes arrived almost looking like they went over them with the van. Damaged and soaked. The driver then asks us to carry the table together out of the van as it's only two of them. One of them was a kid almost. The main driver didn't speak any English as I asked if the boxes were damaged prior collection. He kept saying we just deliver over and over. They managed to carry it in the house dragging over door frame and blankets they used. Then they just left without any signature or checking if the item was ok.
