Had a £3000 suite picked up and delivered to me on Tuesday 11th November.suite arrived with stains and marks on it,2 incompetent useless couriers,no idea how to handle furniture.took no responsibility,offered half delivery fee back,insulted!.did not take care of items,no covers etc.was leaving sofa out in rain during delivery.will never use this company again.have been offered £150 compensation,which I reluctantly accepted,still waiting on money being put into account,small claims court here I come!
