The item of furniture was reported as delivered but was delivered to the wrong house. No communication to say it was delivered apart from the live tracking. I had to go out looking for it. It was left out in the rain at the wrong address. Communication with courier was not fast as I found the parcel before I heard anything back as to where the parcel was.
