Really disappointing experience. A bike was booked well in advance to be collected on the Thursday and delivered on the Monday which is the only day the customer was at home. On the Saturday they informed me they couldn't deliver it on the Monday, so I've had to pay £143 for a company to collect it from their distribution centre and deliver it on time to the customer. It was also Proovia's Premium service. The blow would have been softened if they had fully refunded me but they will only refund me £45 (50%), so it's cost me an extra £100... not good
