Just awful! I have never had such bad service from a courier company! I sold my bicycle online, Proovia picked it up! The buyer contacted me several times saying Proovia said they tried to deliver, but they lied! They did not. I lost the sale because of this! Then they tried to return it! They lost it in the warehouse, I was told! No, it was delivered to another person! Then they could not retrieve it! Then they said the delivery fee was not paid! Then, finally, two weeks later, after the driver was sick, then the van broke down, it arrived. Missing the accessories which were attached! In the meantime I lost another sale and then had to discount the sale for the list of accessories! They cost me over £300! Then, took no responsibility for anything! Never use them, or any company using them!
