the comany turned up outside the agreed time and my 20 yo daughter had 2 visibly angry men and a delivery she knew nothing about. They brought the item upstairs, came into my home and pressured her to transfer £60 into one of their personal bank accounts. She felt threatened and too scared to say no. company doing nothing. regarding the companies repsonse below, I have already tried to address this with them. They were at best best dismissive- accepted the driver received the money but have refused to refund it. I am not hugely concerned about the money but it speaks volumes about their concern about what happened. The reply is purely to manage appearance. Do not use this company.
