I received multiple emails telling me my order would be delivered between 8.56 and 11.56. I even had to submit a form agreeing that I would be available to receive the item. At 8.05 I received a call when I was on the school run, the driver said he was 5 minutes away. I told him I'd be back in 10 minutes, he said he wouldn't wait, and denied that I'd been given a delivery window of 8.56 to 11.56. I rushed home to find the item sitting on my doorstep. This was a very expensive desk, and it was left where anyone could have taken it. Deeply unhappy.
